Hesham is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, very confident, creative and highly experience performer, with over 6 years professional experience. One of the innovators of Parkour and Free Running in the UAE, he started his Parkour experience 6 years ago with Gymnastics and Muay Thai background, Now he's a member of UAE Parkour Team as a team coordinator, stuntman and a performer, filming and editing came to my life as a hobby, passion and to show my content (work/sports) in a good way.
